Will I be Charged Duties, Taxes and other Fees?
You may be charged with Duties and Taxes when receiving the product. You may be charged with Courier Brokerage fee. Usually Duties/Taxes and Brokerage fees are charged via the courier company at the same time, but some instances they may be charged separately. Please be aware that Murky Jewelry has no control over these fees, and we are unable to estimate what the costs will be this is because each nation varies in duties and taxes. Please get in touch with the customs office in your area for further details. Remember that we are unable to refund you for duties/taxes or courier brokerage fee you paid at the time of delivery.
Will I be Charged Fees for Foreign Transactions?
Other than the total money due for the order, Murky Jewelry does not impose any other costs. Your bank may have imposed additional fees; Murky Jewelry has no control over this. We are based in Thailand, thus banks in other nations may view us as a "foreign company" and impose their own additional international costs. Foreign transaction costs are not refundable through our company.

A 60% deposit fee is required for our A-Z Custom Orders. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. The custom order production lead time is estimated at 1-2 weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Once a custom order has been submitted there are no guarantees that they are able to be modified. Charges may apply to approve any production modifications.
Defects or damages can be returned with video proof of opening the vacuumed package. Custom orders are not able to be returned or refunded based on buyer’s remorse.
Please note that if you are using Standard Delivery please allow up to 7 days after production to receive your item! This is subject to change depending on which country you are located.
There are no returns for orders from our A-Z custom program.

Production lead time for normal orders (meaning all orders not including our A-Z program) will be finished within 5-14 working days (not including holidays). More complicated pieces usually take longer to create such as selected necklaces and bracelets.
This means that if you are living outside of Thailand you will most likely receive your order (5-14 day production lead time +4 day standard delivery) within approximately 18 days after payment. Please note that this is subject to change depending which country your'e located in and whether or not if you chose a private courier or airmail delivery method. The example delivery time above is based on someone living in the United States using private courier method.

- Faulty, meaning that the flaw or defect was not disclosed to you before you made the purchase or would not have been obvious to you

To qualify for a return:
- Please note that-We require items to be returned within 14 business days after receiving your item.
- If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.
- Items returned must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- Murky Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- You must notify us BEFORE returning merchandise! We will guide you through the packaging process for returns. Unguided returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED/REFUNDED as there can be risks of theft and damages.
We deliver World Wide. Our standard delivery (DHL/Fedex) usually takes around 4 business days. This means 4 business days after the product is completed. All orders above $71 (United States Dollars) are shipped from Thailand via DHL or Fedex. Orders below $71 (United States Dollars) have the option to ship via Airmail (Thailand Post). This option is more economical but will take longer to reach your destination. Please note that the delivery duration is subject to change depending on the location of your designated country.

All credit card direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Q: Can I change shipping address?
A: Yes, as long as you are able to notify us 72 hours (3 days) after payment. You can reach us via our livechat or by emailing us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Why was I charged twice the amount of my order?
A: Murky.com promises that the cost of an order will only be charged once to your credit card. On your credit card account, the amount can appear twice: the first entry relates to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order and which will be released, and the second entry verifies the actual transaction.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your cancellation is at least 24 hours after you purchase the item, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is more than 24 hours, you will receive a credit to use for your next purchase. Credit must be used within 90 days.

We've got your back! This means that if there is any damage to the jewelry's material or workmanship for a period of 1 year following the date of purchase, we will take care of your merchandise. Simply get in touch with us, and we'll cooperate to find a solution.
We collaborate with leading manufacturers to produce long-lasting items. We provide a 1 year warranty because we are confident in the caliber of our goods. However, the warranty does not apply to lost items, regular wear-and-tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), inappropriate usage or storage of your product, or any modifications made to it by someone other than Murky Jewelry.

3. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
